Zoning that does not allow residential is Institutional (I), Light Industrial (LI), Medium Industrial (MI), Heavy Industrial (HI), Intensive Outdoor Storage (IOS), Intensive Outdoor Commercial (IOC), Adult Oriented Entertainment (AO). Planned Unit Development (PUD) also allows for residential, but any new buyer/developer would have to apply for one specific to their project.
