Planned Unit Development (PUD) also allows for residential, but any new buyer/developer would have to apply for one specific to their project. So, PUD is put under not zoned residential, since a new PUD or rezoning would have to be initiated for something to be built.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 11 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>Looking at the parcel layer any parcel that had a zero in the improvement value column (PAR_IMP_VL) is considered undeveloped.
