 "description": "The source of this polygon feature class was the Sewer System Evaluation Survey (SSES) from Professional Services Group Inc (PSC) / Minneapolis, MN and Becher Hoppe Associates, Inc. / Wausau, WI.The survey studied excessive infiltration and inflow (I & I) for the City of Wausau and surrounding communities. The field surveys were conducted during the years 1979 and 1980 and districts were created from the surveys. Wausau Districts = 1 through 29, Schofield Districts = 40 through 45, Rothschild Districts = 50 through 55, Weston Districts = 60 through 62, and Stettin Districts = 70 through 72.
